It’s Monday! What are You Reading?

badge
It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? a place to meet up and share what you have been, and are about to be reading over the week. It’s a great post to organise yourself. It’s an opportunity to visit and comment and er… add to your groaning TBR pile! So welcome in everyone. This meme started on J Kaye’s blog and then was hosted by Sheila from Book Journey. Sheila then passed it on to Kathryn here at The Book Date.
Jen Vincent, Teach Mentor Texts, and Kellee of Unleashing Readers decided to give It’s Monday! a kidlit focus. If you read and review books in children’s literature – picture books, chapter books, middle grade novels, young adult novels or anything in those genres – join them.

Well I had a great reading week, that’s not surprising because every author on this post is a favourite of mine!

Hope all is well for you in these times of challenge for us all. Easter coming up is rather nice and a time to pause and appreciate life.

What I read last week:

What I am reading now:

The Becoming

And just starting to listen to…

The Wedding Veil

Up next:

  1. Wow you are an avid reader! The Jodi Thomas book sounds good, I’ll have to add that to my Kindle library. I get a lot of recommendations from reading some of the ladies’ quilting blogs, so I will add you to my list!

  2. It DOES look like lots of good reading for you last week! And plenty of blogging, too!

We can’t travel to see my extended family for Easter because we can’t leave my FIL for that long, but our older son will be home. I can’t wait! So, just us but we’ll have our usual Ukrainian feast, with extra meaning this year.

Enjoy your books and the holiday this week, Kathryn – thanks for hosting the linkup!

  3. I’m still in line for the audio of The Becoming at the library but I’m thinking about just using an audible credit on it because I want it now! I loved The Awakening. The Wedding Veil is on my TBR. The Biltmore is such a glorious location and the plot of this one sounds really good.

  4. Every book you showed above are authors I’ve read at least one book from, except Viola Shipman, but I love her cover! They are a very good lot and it’s not surprising that you are having a fun time reading them. You reminded me that I need to check out that new Robyn Carr, Nora Roberts, & Emilie Richards sometime.
