It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? a place to meet up and share what you have been, and are about to be reading over the week. It’s a great post to organise yourself. It’s an opportunity to visit and comment and er… add to your groaning TBR pile! So welcome in everyone. This meme started on J Kaye’s blog and then was hosted by Sheila from Book Journey. Sheila then passed it on to Kathryn here at The Book Date.
Jen Vincent, Teach Mentor Texts, and Kellee of Unleashing Readers decided to give It’s Monday! a kidlit focus. If you read and review books in children’s literature – picture books, chapter books, middle grade novels, young adult novels or anything in those genres – join them.
Well a reasonable week really. The first part of the week I carted the firewood from the front of the property to the back where I store it. It took me three days which was pretty good really. I just did some every day. Another day I helped a friend clear some rubbish into a skip bin as the family are selling the property. I did a little quilting, some pieces into a jigsaw and read from time to time!
What I read last week:
What I am reading now:
About to start….
This one has been sitting in my listening library for awhile so time to get listening to it!
Up next:

I like your activities. Now I am tempted to set up a jigsaw puzzle – but I must resist as I am trying to clear things out. lol.
Thanks for noting the Balogh title – I found several in the series free at Audible Plus.
By Book or Crook looks good and I am always tempted by Jodi Thomas too.
Hope this is another nice week for you. Happy Reading!

Sounds like a very active week for you, Kathryn!
After enjoying Daisy Jones, I want to read more from Taylor Jenkins Reid (and we’re going to start the new Daisy Jones TV series this week!). And I have never read Jojo Moyes 😮 so I definitely want to give her a try.
Enjoy your books and quilting this week – thanks for hosting the linkup!

Every time I text one of my friends, she is cutting or splitting firewood or moving it to a different place or bringing it inside. You just reminded me of her! I hope you took it easier on yourself than she does.
Strawberry Lane looks appealing. I’m ready for strawberry season here in the States. It should be starting soon in the southernmost states!
Enjoy your week!

Sounds like a productive week! I really want to read Jodi Thomas. She has had some absolutely gorgeous covers lately and I love the look of that one. I enjoy that Rhys Bowen series and I liked that one! Hopefully you are enjoying it too!

Looks like a good reading week. Jodi Thomas book looks good. I have never read her books, is there a order to read them?

Jodi Thomas does write a lot of series books, some stand alones. This one is part of a series but very loosely so. They can easily be read as stand alones.
