It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? a place to meet up and share what you have been, and are about to be reading over the week. It’s a great post to organise yourself. It’s an opportunity to visit and comment and er… add to your groaning TBR pile! So welcome in everyone. This meme started on J Kaye’s blog and then was hosted by Sheila from Book Journey. Sheila then passed it on to Kathryn here at The Book Date.
Jen Vincent, Teach Mentor Texts, and Kellee of Unleashing Readers decided to give It’s Monday! a kidlit focus. If you read and review books in children’s literature – picture books, chapter books, middle grade novels, young adult novels or anything in those genres – join them.
Well just a few days to Christmas. I hope you all have a family Christmas where ever possible. I will join my sister and her family all going well. So far omicron hasn’t made it to where I live and hopefully it won’t before Christmas.
Enjoyed my reading this week, a mix of my own books and review books. I have a bit of a back log on audiobooks, and Audible gave us a credit which was rather nice. Now I need to choose!

A review book
Thanks for the explanation on Patti Callahan/Patti Callahan Henry on my post for Once Upon a Wardrobe. I kept thinking her name had the Henry on the end and was a bit confused. So glad you are able to get together with family! Our counts are holding steady here and we are all vaccinated so we are getting together. I’m looking forward to it but forgot how much work a Christmas celebration is!

Hope you have a great Christmas. You have some good books lately. I am currently reading a Sarah Morgan book called sleigh bells in the snow

Vicki you too, wishing you a great Christmas as well. Will you have snow? Sleigh Bells in the Snow will be a nice romantic read for this time of year.

It is a great book. Not sure yet if we will have snow at Christmas. We don’t get snow often,.

Worriedly gathering with family this year, even though Omicron is no doubt lurking nearby! Such a busy time of year, and I’m never ready, but I’m hoping for some new books at Christmas and some time in 2022 to read them! Happy Holidays!

Thanks for the reminder about Audible. I need to pick an audio before I lose it. What a nice surprise that was. Hope all your Christmas plans go through. We’re hoping for same here. Enjoy your reading this week!

Reading the fine print I think long as you’ve added the credit you have quite a bit of time past 31st to actually get a book.

Luckily we haven’t seen the new variant here, either, but it sure puts a damper on everything knowing how easily this virus is spread.
Lots of great books on your list this week. Hope you are enjoying Heirs and Graces.
Wishing you a Merry Christmas.

I can’t believe it’ll be Christmas in a few days! I guess I’m not fully in the holiday spirit just yet.

Merry Christmas thanks for sharing your week with us!
Omicron is here and we’re fighting about everything, masks, vaccines, mandates
Pretty soon there won’t be anybody left to fight
We’re being careful and trying to stay safe in this crazy new normal

Did Audible give everyone a credit? I will need to look into that. 🙂 Merry Christmas!

Jen check your email. Anyone that is a member received offer of free credit. Has to be redeemed by 31st by clicking on link. Don’t actually have to buy book with it right away as far as I can see.
