It’s Monday! What Are You Reading?

badge
It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? a place to meet up and share what you have been, and are about to be reading over the week. It’s a great post to organise yourself. It’s an opportunity to visit and comment and er… add to your groaning TBR pile! So welcome in everyone. This meme started on J Kaye’s blog and then was hosted by Sheila from Book Journey. Sheila then passed it on to Kathryn here at The Book Date.
Jen Vincent, Teach Mentor Texts, and Kellee of Unleashing Readers decided to give It’s Monday! a kidlit focus. If you read and review books in children’s literature – picture books, chapter books, middle grade novels, young adult novels or anything in those genres – join them.

Well we have passed the solstice! For me that means the days will start to lengthen, not that I mind those darker days. I need to stop and look at some of my plans for 2019 and see what I still want to accomplish.

What I read last week:

I also had one DNF – Crashing the A-List by Summer Heacock. I wasn’t the audience for this book I believe. Not to my taste.

What I am reading now:

I started listening to and l am liking it as I get into it.

And I have just started reading today

Up next:

I am not too sure but maybe

  1. I’m impressed both with how many books you read and that you are wise enough to stop reading when a book isn’t to your taste. Enjoy the growing days!

    1. I really enjoyed it. It takes a look at what happens when we tell the world everything is fine but its not. Deals with suicide and also honesty in marriage.

  2. I’m having trouble linking up…the connection keeps timing out and other sites do work fine for me. Am I the only one having this issue?

  3. Hello There!
Mid-year seems to be a time of review and reflection, doesn’t it? I so look forward to Monday’s Book Date! Thank you for hosting!
